I mean for one it can hold up to 50 pounds of food which means you can cook a couple of turkeys in it, fish, summer squash, Cornish hens, chickens, pork loin, baby back ribs, or whatever you choose. There are two 1.5 ½ inch cooking grates made from chrome making cleanup easier than ever. And with the built in thermometer in the lid, you can keep a close eye on the temperature of your meats.

There’s also a large front-hinged door with handle that lets you add more charcoal or soaked wood chips during the cooking process if needed. And with the 6-quart water pan and 8-quart pan for charcoal, you’re sure to get the perfect smoked meats or veggies every time you use your Char Broil Charcoal Water Smoker.

Plus, it has stay cool wooden handles which keeps you from getting burned if you need to move the unit before it’s completely cooled down. And since it weighs under 40 pounds, you could easily smoke your meats on a camping trip or at a friend‘s house.
