In addition, the Char Griller 5050 Duo has a grate for the charcoals that is adjustable so that you can control the temperature of your foods. It also has a heat gauge and dual dampers for even more control over temperatures.
The cooking grates are made of cast-iron which means your foods are grilled evenly and cleanup is a snap after cooking. Another easy-clean feature that keeps messes to a minimum is the dump ash pan.
