Built In Charcoal Grill
I’ll be honest, I’ve learned a lot about charcoal grills, but I’d never really given much thought about a Built In Charcoal Grill until now. I mean really, why have one when there are so many great outdoor grilling options? Of course I also never really thought about how convenient one of these bad boys could be!
If you’re a big entertainer and really enjoy cooking outdoors, then these grills maybe perfect. Of course you’ll also need to keep in mind that these are permanent, which means you’ll need to build it on property you own unless you have permission from your landlord.
Your next step is deciding whether you want to build it yourself or hire someone to do it for you. There’s a lot of work involved when building your own, so if you’re not handy with concrete and bricks, you may want to leave it up to a professional.
Next you’ll need to decide what style is right for you. There are many different styles available at your local home improvement and outdoor furnishings store. A few options are brick, stone, metal and steel. You’ll want to choose one that has a grilling rack that is weather resistant and easy to clean.
You may also want to consider the design of your backyard and your budget. Will it go on your patio or deck or will you build it on the ground in your backyard. Keep in mind that these types of grills will need a level area.
If a Built In Charcoal Grill is just what you had in mind, it is certainly fine investment in your home and outdoor entertainment area.
Portable Charcoal Grill
It used to be that grilling meant cooking outdoors in your own backyard. Today however, barbeques have taken on a whole new meaning with the Portable Charcoal Grill. These small charcoal grills are great for picnics, camping, fishing, the beach or just a simple backyard barbeque dinner.
Most even cost less than gas grills making them a great buy for those who are on a budget. Of course not all of us are great barbequing masters and that may mean a disaster if we don’t know what to look for when it comes to grills. Many BBQ lovers recommend avoiding anything that have a lot of plastic which can obviously melt or aluminum which wears out quickly. Instead they recommend cast iron or steel since they are less likely to be prone to wear and tear as easily.
Still, there’s much more to these grills than just the material it is made of and depending on what you’re looking for it can be confusing if you’re new to buying one of these great grills.
Many have a wide variety of features and options including versatile heating so you can get that steak just right, adjustable racks, large enough cooking space to cook an entire chicken, propane tanks for faster cooking, mounts to attach to vehicles, a warming rack to keep already grilled food from getting cold, a locking lid with handle for easy carrying, an ash bucket for easy clean up, cooling exterior for safer handling, and extendable legs with wheels for more height and mobility.
Of course the above are just a few of the many features these grills may have. With today’s technology, the possibilities are nearly endless. And the best part is these guys can do just as good of a job as the big boys can. So, forget lugging around those heavy barbeque grills and invest in a Portable Charcoal Grill!
