The Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker Smoker is made from porcelain-enameled steel and has two nickel-plated 22 ½ inch-wide cooking grates allowing you to cook a large brisket or two or any other meat of your choosing.
There’s a rust-resistant aluminum door that allows you easy access to the charcoal chamber and water bowl which keeps meats moist and delicious. In addition, there’s a nylon handle that is resistant to hot temperatures and a built-in thermometer that lets you keep an eye on the temperature of your foods. There are also individual vents on both the bowl and lid which allow for even more temperature control over your foods.
